Eligibility is checked before anything is ranked. Health evidence, pedigree and verified genetic results decide what an owner can see, and no pairing is scored until two specific animals and both owners’ evidence are on the table.

Before a request can be sent
Eligibility is a gate, not a score: it is checked first, and an animal that does not pass never appears as a candidate. Sending a request happens inside your account, against one of your own pets, so both sides can see what evidence the other actually holds.
